The most cost-effective method for high-volume, solid-colour runs. Vivid, durable prints with a classic feel - screen printed in-house in Montreal's West Island.
Where screen printing wins on price and durability, and when DTF, DTG or embroidery serves you better.
Screen printing pushes ink through a stencil, one screen per colour. There's setup per design, but once the screens are made, each print is fast and cheap - so the per-unit price beats every other method on high-volume, solid-colour runs of 50+.
A properly cured screen print is one of the most durable decorations available, holding vivid colour through years of washing. It's the classic choice for band merch, event tees, team apparel and anything produced in quantity.
For small runs, one-offs, or full-colour photographic art, screen-print setup isn't worth it - DTG or DTF is better and cheaper. For dark synthetics, DTF wins; for logos on polos and hats, embroidery wins. We'll recommend honestly based on your order.

Choose screen printing for high-volume, solid-colour runs - typically 50 units or more of the same design. The per-unit price is the lowest of any method at volume, and the print is extremely durable. For small runs, one-offs or full-colour photo art, DTG or DTF is better and cheaper.
There's no hard minimum, but screen printing only makes financial sense at around 50+ units because of the per-design screen setup. Below that, we'll usually recommend DTF or DTG - and we'll tell you if that saves you money.
Multiple colours are possible - each colour is a separate screen, so more colours means more setup. For designs with many colours or gradients, DTF or DTG is often more practical. Send your art and we'll advise.
