Questions schools and league organizers ask us
Do you handle parent-association ordering?
Yes — standard. We provide an order-form template the association emails out, a sizing chart, and pre-bagged delivery sorted by student. The association collects payment from parents; we deliver organized merchandise to the school office.
What’s your minimum for a team jersey order?
No hard minimum, but jerseys are usually 12–25 per team. Pricing varies by jersey style (sublimated vs. cut-and-sew vs. embroidered). Send us your team count and we’ll quote within the hour.
Can we add individual names or numbers to jerseys / grad hoodies?
Yes — standard for grad classes and team jerseys. Names and numbers are individually decorated. Pricing is the same per-unit tier; we just need a roster with name + size + number (if applicable).
How does the annual reorder workflow work?
Year over year your spec stays on file: crest design, blank brand, color, decoration style. For the next cohort, send the class roster + sizing. We match exactly — same hoodie next year as last year. No re-quoting; same per-unit tier price.
Do you offer school / non-profit discounts?
Yes — for registered schools, school boards, and non-profit youth sports leagues, we apply a 10% discount on bulk orders 100+. Mention your status on the RFP and we’ll request the registration confirmation.
How early should we order grad hoodies?
For a June graduation, place the order in March. Allows time for sample approval, embroidery setup, individual names, and per-student bagging. Late orders (April or later) are possible but tight — we’ll make it work with rush surcharge if needed.
