What hospitality teams need

Restaurant ops problems we solve

Three things that go wrong with hospitality uniforms — and how we structure the program to avoid them.

New hires don’t derail your week

Hospitality turnover is real. Your design file, embroidery spec, and sizing data stay on file with us. Reorders for new hires ship in 5 business days at the same per-unit price as your original order. Email us a name and size; you get a uniform.

Embroidery that survives commercial wash cycles

Aprons get bleached. Polos hit the dish pit. We use commercial-grade embroidery thread and pre-shrunk blanks so your logo still looks like Day 1 after 50+ washes — not faded vinyl peeling off mid-service.

Quick approval, not corporate-pace

Your GM doesn’t have time for a 6-week procurement cycle. We quote within the hour, sample within 5 days, and produce within 3–5. Your floor staff are in branded gear before next month’s schedule drops.

FAQ

Questions restaurant operators ask us

How fast can you turn around new-hire reorders?

5 business days from the moment you email us the name, size, and quantity. Your embroidery file, color spec, and previous order details stay on file — no need to re-quote.

Do you supply the aprons and polos, or do we?

Either works. Default is we source: Spun, Mercer Culinary, Port Authority, or trade-channel hospitality brands. Bring-your-own-garment (BYOG) gets a $3/unit decoration discount if you already work with a supplier.

What’s the minimum order?

No hard minimum, but our tier pricing kicks in at 5 units. Most restaurants land at 15–40 units depending on team size. We’ll quote any size, but 25+ unlocks the best per-unit rate.

Embroidery vs. printed logo — which lasts longer?

Embroidery, every time, for restaurant apparel. Printed logos eventually crack or peel after enough commercial-wash cycles. Embroidery survives 50+ washes with no visible degradation. For aprons and polos we recommend embroidery by default.

Can we order one of each size as a fitting kit?

Yes — we send a fitting kit (one of every standard size) on the first order. Team tries them on, marks their size, returns the kit. From then on, your team’s sizing data lives in your account.

Do you offer Net 30?

Standard terms for new accounts: 50% deposit to start production, balance Net 30 from invoice date. For repeat accounts (after 2–3 successful orders) we offer full Net 30 with no deposit.
