Team size, garment mix, decoration spec, deadline. Reply within the hour during business hours.

Physical sample of each garment + decoration. We’ll loop in your in-house designer if needed.

50% deposit, production

Deposit secures production slot. Standard turnaround 3–5 business days. Rush at 2–3 days +25%.

Deliver + reorder cadence

Local Montreal pickup, office delivery, or ship-to-home for remote teams. Reorders for new hires in 5 days.

Questions HR & office managers ask us

Can you ship onboarding kits to remote team members?

Yes — ship-to-home Canada-wide is standard. Send us the new hire’s name, size, and shipping address; we ship within 2 business days from existing stock if you’re on a recurring kit program, or 5–7 days for new spec.

Do you offer Net 30?

For new accounts: 50% deposit to start production, balance Net 30 from invoice date. For recurring programs (monthly or quarterly orders) we offer full Net 30 with PO-based ordering and no deposit.

What blank brands do you offer?

Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Independent Trading, Champion, Next Level, Gildan Softstyle. For polos: Port Authority, Cutter & Buck. For premium: American Apparel, Cotton Heritage. Tell us the vibe and we’ll recommend.

Can we add new hires to the same order spec over time?

Yes — standard for our corporate accounts. Your design file, blank brand, sizing chart, and decoration spec stay on file. New-hire reorders ship within 5 business days at the same per-unit price.

Do you do full onboarding kits (hoodie + tote + stickers + tee)?

Yes. We assemble and pack kits per person, labeled with the recruit’s name. Default kit: branded hoodie, t-shirt, tote, sticker pack, welcome card. Custom kits on request.

What’s your minimum order?

No hard minimum, but bulk pricing tiers start at 5 units. Most corporate orders land in the 25–100 unit range. Larger orders (200+) unlock the best per-unit price.
