Do you offer CSA-compliant hi-vis garments?
Yes, when required. CSA Z96-compliant hi-vis tees, vests, and outerwear are available on request — we source them through trade channels and apply your decoration on top of certified blanks. Tell us your compliance requirement on the RFP and we’ll quote accordingly.
How fast is turnaround on a 50-person crew uniform order?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after sample approval and deposit. Rush production at 4–6 business days is possible at a 25% surcharge. Embroidered orders take about 2 days longer than DTG/DTF.
What’s your minimum order size?
No hard minimum, but bulk pricing tiers start at 5 units. Most construction crews land in the 25–99 unit range. We’ll quote any size — even a 3-unit reorder — but pricing per unit improves materially at 50+.
Do you take POs and offer Net 30?
Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production, balance Net 30 from invoice date. For repeat accounts and standing programs we offer Net 30 with no deposit and PO-based ordering. We’ll set up your account during onboarding.
Can we add new hires to the same order spec later?
Yes — this is what most of our construction clients do. Your design file, sizing data, and approved decoration spec stay on file. New-hire reorders ship within 5 business days at the same per-unit price as your original tier.
Can you source the blank garments, or do we provide them?
Both options work. Default is we supply (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, or trade-channel hi-vis brands). Bring-your-own-garment (BYOG) gets a $3/unit decoration discount if you have an existing supplier you prefer. Tell us on the RFP.
