We’ve packed shirts for enough Montreal community runs to know how to set you up so race-day distribution doesn’t collapse.

Sponsor logos that don’t look chaotic

4 to 8 sponsor logos on a shirt can read like a NASCAR car. We use a tiered layout (title sponsor large, presenting medium, supporting small) so it looks intentional and every sponsor gets visibility they’re happy to send a check for next year.

Sizing locked at registration, not at the event

Collect sizes during registration, lock the count one week before sample approval. We pre-sort and bag by size, labeled with your race volunteer’s table layout. No frantic "do you have a medium?" at the volunteer tent.

Lead time that respects your timeline

Best case: 6 weeks from sponsor confirmation to event day. Realistic case with our team: 14 days from final spec to delivery. Last-minute orders (under 10 days) are possible with rush surcharge — not our recommendation, but we’ll make it work.

The 6-week ideal timeline

Week 6: Submit RFP

Tell us expected runner count, sponsor list, and event date. We quote within the hour during business hours.

Week 5: Design approval

Sponsor layout draft. You loop in sponsors for sign-off if needed. We iterate fast — sponsors don’t bottleneck us.

Week 2: Sizes locked, sample

Registration closes, final count locked. Physical sample shipped or photographed for approval.

Week 1: Production + sorting

50% deposit triggers production. Sorted, bagged, labeled. Delivered to your venue 1–3 days before event.

Questions event coordinators ask us

What’s the minimum order for a charity event?

No hard minimum, but tier pricing kicks in at 5 units. Most community fundraisers land at 50–200 units. Larger races (500+) unlock significantly better per-unit pricing.

How many sponsor logos can fit on one shirt?

Practically: up to 8 if you use a tiered layout (1 large title sponsor, 2 mid, 5 small). More than that and the back of the shirt reads chaotic. We’ll mock it up with your sponsor list before you approve.

Do you offer charity or non-profit pricing?

Yes — for registered non-profits and registered charities (with confirmation), we apply a 10% discount on bulk orders 100+. Mention your charity registration number on the RFP.

What’s the fastest you can turn around an event order?

Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after sample approval. Rush production (4–6 business days) is available at a 25% surcharge for the "we forgot to order shirts" emergency.

Can you pre-sort and bag the shirts by size?

Yes — included in the price for orders 100+. We bag in counts you specify (e.g. 25 mediums per box, labeled) so your volunteer team can distribute without rummaging.

What payment terms do you offer for non-profits?

Standard: 50% deposit to start production, balance Net 30 from invoice date. For registered charities with confirmation we can offer extended terms (Net 45) on request — mention it on the RFP.
