Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimums. We print 1 item or 1,000+, making Singh’s Print ideal for artists, small businesses, schools, gyms, cafés, and content creators.
How fast can you complete an order?
Most custom print jobs are ready within 2–4 business days. For larger quantities or special garments, we’ll provide an exact timeline. Rush printing is available for Montreal and West Island pickups.
Can you supply the blank shirts and hoodies?
Yes, we source high-quality blanks from suppliers across Canada, offering basic, mid-tier, and premium options. You can also bring your own garments for printing.
What file types do you accept for printing?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, and other high-resolution formats. For the best DTG results, transparent PNG files or vector artwork is recommended.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Larger orders receive discounted rates. We also offer business packages for recurring orders, staff uniforms, merch drops, and brand partnerships.
Can I see a sample before placing a full order?
We can provide a digital mockup for approval or print a physical sample depending on your order size and timeline.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If there is a print quality issue or garment defect, we will reprint or replace the item. Since all items are custom, we cannot accept standard returns.
